PHONE OUTAGE

Our office is once again facing phone outages. This is the fourth time in just the month of February that we have had no phone service. We are doing our best to figure out why.
Over the past year we continue to have phone outages. We had reported outages over fourty times the past year. We know so many important calls have been missed and we are working on resolving the issue as soon as possible. Unfortunately, for now, all we can do is apologize for any inconvenience.
We do have a temporary mobile number 919-218-9431 that we are going to keep for the unforeseeable future until we can get some resolution. Please try this number if you cannot get through on the regular office number.
This is only one line instead of three that we normally have. If you do not get an answer please keep trying.
