Our office is once again facing phone outages. This is the fourth time in just the month of February that we have had no phone service. We are doing our best to figure out why.
Over the past year we continue to have phone outages. We had reported outages over fourty times the past year. We know so many important calls have been missed and we are working on resolving the issue as soon as possible. Unfortunately, for now, all we can do is apologize for any inconvenience.
We do have a temporary mobile number 919-218-9431 that we are going to keep for the unforeseeable future until we can get some resolution. Please try this number if you cannot get through on the regular office number.
This is only one line instead of three that we normally have. If you do not get an answer please keep trying.
"Thank you for your professional compassion towards other peoples pets. Princess felt very safe at your office which made us very happy with your office. I was very impressed with your office. You can expect us back at her next check-up."
Thanks Again, Bill and Princess
Your help with my dogs is immeasurable. I can never thank you and your staff enough. Losing Oli has broken my heart. A saving grace is that she always received top-notch care. You help me have no regrets. Keep helping humans worthy of your pets."

"Dr. Cotton and Staff,
I just wanted to say thank you for getting my dog "Otter Bear" in on such short notice. I called and you were able to see him the same day. I appreciate you doing this for me and I well be sure to return and will recommend your office to anyone in need of great service."
"Dr. Cotton and Brookwood Staff,
Thank you so much for your help with Molly a few weeks ago. The next day Molly started having the head tilt, which helped to assure is that it was idiopathic vestibular disease. We researched the disease online and found many vets do not recognize the symptoms which causes a misdiagnosis. Many animals are inappropriately put to sleep. Thank you for you expertise! Molly is recovering nicely. Also thank you to the staff. You guys are so sweet and caring to our "babies". We are lucky to have you guys."
