We wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the entire Brookwood staff for years of being there for us and for Toby. We know he is a handful (to say the least), and that we as owners can also be a handful. All of you have always been there with tremendous patience understanding and willingness to help us and our dog.  He means everything to us and you all keep him healthy and happy. Shout out to Shannon for being his boss at the vet and for being helpful beyond description. 

Dear Brookwood Veterinary Team, We wanted to write to say thank you for everything you all did to care for our Benson these last 9 years. We know Benson could be a handful but every time he boarded with you all we knew he was in great hands. He always got so many smiles when he walked in your clinic door.  As his parents that gave us a lot of comfort. We are also thankful for the extra love and attention from Shannon these last few months, it did not go unnoticed. You called us after hours and went out of your way to get him in for an appointment. We miss Benson terribly, but we are thankful he is in heaven. As our 2 year old put it he is at peace and healthy and “God is giving him pats”.  Thank you again for everything.

Dear Dr Cotton and Shannon, You both are amazing we really thought we were on the verge of losing our sweet Yogi and now he is like a puppy again.  He clearly felt so bad and now he is so happy and playful. Thank you so much for your knowledge abilities and care you are truly appreciated.

We just wanted to write you all and say thank you for taking such good care of Fred. You not only cared for him, but you cared for us. Yall were so compassionate, so kind, so gentle, so thoughtful and so loving. We truly cannot thank you all enough. We are so blessed and so thankful for you all. To find people who care the way yall do is very rare to find. Thank you also for fitting us in to yalls very busy schedule. Yall just dont know how much we love yall. Thank you again and God bless

Thank you for the 13 years of wonderful care that you gave Bailey. Words cannot express how grateful we are. A very special thank you to Shannon for helping us through our worst day.

The gift to the SPCA in memory of Jill is greatly appreciated. The staff was very compassionate in caring for Jill.

Dear Dr. Cotton and Brookwood Veterinary Staff, We are truly thankful to all of you for taking Hero into your care after hours on Saturday. We know he was in excellent hands during his peaceful passing. You were all Hero's Heros.

To the entire staff, Kathy and I would like to thank each and every one of you for your kindness and show of love during our recent visit to have our beloved Abigail euthanized. It is painful but you all made the process so much easier.

I just want to say thank you for taking care of my Josh for so many years. I especially want to thank you for yesterday. Your kindness meant alot to me.

Dr Cotton and friendly staff,  We want to thank you for your care for our dog miles for 17 years.  You all cared so deeply explained issues when needed and were a great vet to come visit we sure miss Miles and we’ll miss our visits to Brookwood Vet.
